Fuellab Fit – Play by the rules, fuel with confidence.

Here’s how we handle AI scans, nutrition estimates, and your responsibilities while using the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Using Fuellab Fit means you agree to these terms. If not, please do not use the app.

Eligibility

  • You agree to these Terms
  • You will use the app lawfully

Service overview

  • AI meal photo scanning
  • Nutrition estimation (protein, carbs, fats, calories)
  • Water intake estimation via image scan
  • Daily calorie and macro tracking
  • Meal history and cricket performance insights
  • OpenAI services power image analysis

2. Payments and Plans

Paid features are offered as plans. The price, billing period, and what the plan includes are shown before you confirm payment.

Accepted payment methods

We accept all of the following payment methods:

  • Credit Cards
  • Debit Cards
  • UPI (including supported UPI apps)
  • Apple App Store / Google Play billing, for subscriptions purchased through the mobile app
  • Other payment methods made available by the applicable payment provider

Plans and billing

  • A plan stays active for the billing period you select at checkout
  • Subscriptions renew at the end of each period unless you cancel before the renewal date
  • Taxes, where applicable, are added to the price shown before you pay
  • You authorize the selected payment method to be charged for the plan and any renewal
  • Purchases made in the mobile app are billed by Apple or Google under that store’s checkout

3. Refund Policy

We have a strict no-refund policy. All payments for plans and subscriptions are final.

No refunds

  • Fees are not refunded once a payment is successfully completed
  • Unused days, partial billing periods, and cancelled plans are not refunded
  • Changing, downgrading, or stopping a plan does not create a refund
  • Deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid

What this covers

This strict no-refund policy applies to every accepted payment method, including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and any other method offered by the payment provider.

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are also non-refundable from Fuellab Fit. Billing for those purchases is handled by the store, and our no-refund policy still applies to the plan you bought.

4. Accuracy Disclaimer

AI estimates are helpful guides, not medical advice.

  • Nutrition and water estimates are AI-generated approximations
  • Results may not be 100% accurate
  • The app is not a medical device

Always consult a dietitian or doctor for medical conditions. Do not rely solely on the app for health-critical decisions.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Provide correct information
  • Upload only images you own
  • Do not misuse AI scanning
  • No illegal or harmful content
  • Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes

6. Account & Security

  • You are responsible for your account
  • Do not share login credentials
  • We may suspend accounts for misuse

7. AI & Image Processing

  • Images are sent to secure servers
  • OpenAI API is used for analysis
  • Images processed only to generate nutrition data
  • No guarantee of exact nutritional accuracy

8. Prohibited Activities

  • Uploading inappropriate images
  • Hacking or reverse engineering
  • Using bots or automation
  • Misrepresenting identity

Violations may lead to account termination.

9. Intellectual Property

  • App design, logo, and content belong to Fuellab Fit
  • No copying or reselling parts of the app
  • AI results are for personal use only

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Fuellab Fit is provided “AS IS”
  • No liability for incorrect nutrition estimates
  • No liability for health decisions or data loss
  • No liability for service interruptions

Use the app at your own risk.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Violations of these Terms
  • Misuse of AI features
  • Uploading prohibited content

You may delete your account anytime.

12. Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, covering:

  • Data collection
  • Image processing
  • OpenAI usage
  • User rights

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to Indian jurisdiction.
