2. Accuracy Disclaimer

AI estimates are helpful guides, not medical advice.

  • Nutrition and water estimates are AI-generated approximations
  • Results may not be 100% accurate
  • The app is not a medical device

Always consult a dietitian or doctor for medical conditions. Do not rely solely on the app for health-critical decisions.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Upload only images you own
  • Do not misuse AI scanning
  • No illegal or harmful content
  • Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes

4. Account & Security

  • You are responsible for your account
  • Do not share login credentials
  • We may suspend accounts for misuse

5. AI & Image Processing

  • Images are sent to secure servers
  • OpenAI API is used for analysis
  • Images processed only to generate nutrition data
  • No guarantee of exact nutritional accuracy

6. Prohibited Activities

  • Uploading inappropriate images
  • Hacking or reverse engineering
  • Using bots or automation
  • Misrepresenting identity

Violations may lead to account termination.

7. Intellectual Property

  • App design, logo, and content belong to Fuellab Fit
  • No copying or reselling parts of the app
  • AI results are for personal use only

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Fuellab Fit is provided “AS IS”
  • No liability for incorrect nutrition estimates
  • No liability for health decisions or data loss
  • No liability for service interruptions

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
